So the speaker itself weighs approximately 2 pounds and seems to be very durable .I did charge the speaker for approximately 2 1/2 hours until it reached full. You can tell the percentage level by pressing the power button onceI then downloaded the bose connect app and installed it as normal. I did notice it came up with two blue tooth connections one I believe is for the app and one is if you don't use the app and just decide to hook it directly to bluetooith. Once the app was paired I was able to play music through it. While the plain non equalized sound is good I feel it could be better. Which is why I used the equalizer built into my phone to adjust the sound. The Bass in this small speaker is a much better and much more defined than most bluetooith speakers currently on the market. I have had the privilege of using professional grade speakers as well as lower grade speakers and I will tell you that that this does measure up to professional grade sound. Keep in mind, the sound quality is only going to be as good as the music you put through the speaker. I had put high definition audio through this speaker and it was crystal clear. At lower volumes and high volumes. There was almost no distortion detectable however I did notice some at a very high volume when the brunt of the speaker was covered. Please note do not cover the brunt of the speaker as this is I believe classified as an open air speaker which is what defines its bass. So let's get on to the specifics now. After reading all of the glowing reviews and watching many, many speaker reviews on YT, I decided to give the Soundlink Flex a try as a replacement for my aging Sony SRS-X3. I initially purchased the Beosound A1 (2nd Gen), which has superior mid and high sound quality IMO, but had to return because the it was very underpowered. Where the Flex can easily fill a 500 sq ft space, the A1 provided incredibly low sound at a distance of 15 ft. The Flex puts out more bass, if not more than the A1, and the bass offers more punch at lower Hz than the A1. The overall sound is great for the price but would be really nice if the app included an equalizer to help push up the mids and highs.Prior to purchasing the Flex on Amazon and trying to save a buck, I bought the Flex SE from Costco thinking it was the same product that was just repackaged. After 15 minutes of trying to use as a speakerphone, I finally figured out that the SE does not have a built-in microphone and therefore cannot be used as a speakerphone. When will my Crate ship?

Due to high demand, some of our Signature Crates are backordered. Please see the “shipping information” section for the most up-to-date estimates of shipping dates by crate type. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their crate has been fulfilled and shipped. What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Fable will replace, at no charge, products or parts of the Crate that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Why is the Crate non-refundable?

We are unable to accept crate returns as we have no way of receiving large/furniture return shipments. Please keep in mind there may be minor imperfections or variations in the wood as with any piece of furniture. Before purchasing a Crate, it is important you ensure the Crate is a good fit for your dog’s size and behavior, as our Crate may not work for every dog. Is the Crate a good fit for my dog?

If your dog enjoys a cozy spot of its own to relax in, it’d be a great fit! If your dog is a bit more rambunctious, a known chewer, and/or fearful of being crated - it may not be the best option for them.
