I was scared when I started thinking about buying this, since it was around or more than sar500 total to get it to work, counting the HDD that I had to buy separately… Anyways!!! After a few months of using this, I don’t have any regrets about it. I thought I had to do many things, but no— just like iCloud or Google, but it’s yours, and you don’t have to pay monthly… Even though it’s my first NAS, I really love it, and it’s amazing how everything works automatically. I don’t have to go and upload anything—it just happens automatically…I got two 6TB HDD and have so much more space at a cheaper price than the iCloud and Google One memberships, if you’ve never had any of this. Just get one. It’s your own cloud, and you don’t have to pay anything monthly. There is a feature on it with no way to disable where if you are not sitting in front of the the tv for like 5-10 minutes, whatever you are watching will turn off. Terrible feature. I have been working on flooring and had the tv on to listen to while I was working. Because I wasn’t always directly in front of the tv, it kept shutting off. I have looked all over the internet, and there is no way to turn this feature off and tons of complaints about it. Sounds like it’s a FireTv feature. Well made, easy to construct and very sturdy. This is the only \"desk\" chair that has a foot rest hat I want to use. The controls are easy to locate and use unlike the more expensive chair that so many option I never used, and I could never figure out or remember just of where the control I needed actually was. This chair just makes sense and very affordable. If I had one request, but this just personal, it is that the lumbar pillow is too big for me and the neck pillow too small. So I just tucked the lumbar pillow up into where the neck pillow is and for me, it is much better. So i would change out the pillows if I could. But this is just me. Bought for my bedroom and pretty much not even visible at night time. Any light colors cloud out the black. I know it’s a common issue with led panels and the backlighting but this one is pretty insane. The whole screen is clouded when the room is dark. Would not purchase. I have the mini led in the living room which is worlds better. I would stay away from this unless watching in a lit room or daytime. With flash memory costing, what, less than $1/GB?And to compound the issue, Amazon has deliberately made it so you can't increase the internal storage on the device by refusing to include Android's Adoptable Storage feature in Fire TV OS.It's such an utterly ridiculous and unnecessary limitation, especially coupled with the low amount of memory the TV has. If you're going to install anything beyond a few basic streaming apps, you're going to run into storage limitations. Same issue everyone already has with Fire TV sticks.
